Experienced Welders

BMI Trailers are on the lookout for 2 Experienced Welders to join their ever-growing team at their Granville site.

Duties include:

• Reading engineering drawings and managing their production.
• Ensuring teams production targets are achieved.
• Supervision and checking of the teams work to ensure build quality is to the correct standard.

Skills Required

Essential Criteria:

• Hands-on experience of steel and aluminium MIG welding.
• Ability to organize and motivate staff.
• Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in trailer manufacture would be preferable.
